I have been managing e-mail marketing programs and driving e-commerce sales since 2007. This includes managing promotion calendars, creating content (sometimes even painting the artwork), designing and maintaining templates as well as tracking open rates and conversion. My primary tracking tool has been Google Analytics.
I was responsible for the e-commerce sales channel of an online art supply retailer for approximately 7 years.
This included forecasting, developing quarterly plans to meet goals and tracking sales. I have managed a small team that included a content writer and a photo editor.
I currently create and schedule emails for a Seattle retail store and the Northwest Watercolor Society.
I have regularly used and have a great familiarity with Sales Force/Exact Target, Mail Chimp and Constant Contact.
